Our CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machine allows us to get creative in manufacturing timber into all sorts of different shapes, as well as carving in personalisations.
Here are a few examples of what we have made so far:
Elliptical headed windows with hopper hung sashes
Circular window made from laminated Tricoya
Sign with V-carved writing (we were playing!)
This gate was made with a solid Tricoya sheet. It was cut to size with V detail machined to both sides to give it the appearance of individual boards.
Planters made from Accoya and Tricoya with finger jointed corners which were covered with a light Accoya framework - they look fantastic, but the cost was fantastic too!
